At Hisense Extra, we are committed to providing products of the highest quality. To underscore this commitment, we offer a comprehensive warranty policy for all Hisense and Samsung products purchased through our stores. Please note that all small appliances including kettles, air fryers, coffee makers, Blenders, Ice Makers, Sandwich Makers, Weigh Scales and other small appliances do not have any warranty.

Warranty Duration

All Hisense and Samsung products come with a standard one-year warranty, commencing from the date of purchase. This warranty is designed to cover any manufacturing defects that may arise during normal usage within this period.

Scope of Warranty

The warranty specifically covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. It does not extend to damages or malfunctions resulting from:

  • Improper Use: Including but not limited to misuse, abuse, or failure to follow the product’s user manual.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Alterations or repairs performed by individuals or service centers not authorized by Hisense Extra.
  • Accidental Damage: Such as drops, spills, or other physical damages.
  • Environmental Factors: Damage caused by natural disasters, power surges, or exposure to extreme conditions.
 

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please adhere to the following steps:

  2. Provide Proof of Purchase: Present the original receipt or proof of purchase to validate the warranty.

Please note that the warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. We reserve the right to repair or replace the defective product at our discretion.
